This is our most elegant and special offering for those who crave outstanding coffee. We change its origin seasonally and roast it lightly to highlight its complex flavours. Our current pick comes from the hands of Marisela Sánchez, matriarch of a multi-generational coffee family in El Portal, Palestina—a revered corner of Colombia’s Huila region. This land has been farmed by the Sánchez family since the 1950s, passed down and carefully tended by each generation. Marisela now leads with quiet precision, focusing on quality over quantity as she nears retirement.

This washed Geisha lot is a labour of heritage and intention: it reflects both the extraordinary terroir of Huila and Marisela’s devotion to craft. Floral and poised, with subtle layers of sultana and a finish best described as majestic, it offers a rare window into one woman’s legacy in a region known for greatness.
