Shipping policy

We get it – delivery fees are about as welcoming as a Monday morning without coffee. We're brainstorming all sorts of ways to shrink that cost for you (like opening a local brick-and-mortar space). In the meantime, might we suggest a practical workaround? By placing larger orders, you can bypass the delivery fee altogether: any purchase over £50 comes with complimentary delivery. So stock up and save on fees. Everybody wins!

Same works for our product bundle and our subscription service. 

We freshly roast all our coffee and ship the orders on our shipping days (Wednesday & Friday). Therefore, please allow up to 2-4 business days from the date of your order before your package is shipped out - however, it is usually quicker. Contact us if you have any delivery questions or urgent requirements.

All orders have flat shipping rates, based on the final destination (UK vs EU) and weight conditions. More info below.

We pack and send your coffee in nice cardboard boxes so we recommend someone be in to receive the package or make arrangements accordingly.

UK Delivery Charges

For Domestic shipping we use Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders up to 2.5kg: £2.97

This service allows us to have FULL tracking available from our roastery to our final customer.

Orders of 3kg+ will be shipped via UPS on average around £11.43

What to do if your UK delivery doesn't arrive

It always makes us very happy when things run like clockwork but on occasion due to circumstances outside of our control your order may take a little longer to get to you than expected, please remember this is usually down to the courier.

Please note all transit times stated below are not a guaranteed delivery timeframe but an aim and can unfortunately sometimes take longer.

Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but we always ask that you wait for 7, we can not take action until this time has passed. During this time we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've already tried to deliver (even if they haven't left a card) and ask your neighbours if your order has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, this can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

If your delivery still hasn't arrived after 7 days, please contact us and we'll do our best to investigate further.
