Refund policy

Non-consumable goods

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of any equipment or goods. They must be returned unused in their original packaging to Flat 7, 277 Amhurst road, N16 7UX  - we will cover return costs. We will organise for faulty goods to be collected from you; we will use our own courier and you will be required to be available for a nominated collection. Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item.

Consumable goods

Coffee is a consumable good so unfortunately we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team. Please contact us via email info@curiouscoffee.shop. We want you to be happy with your order, so will do our best to accommodate your requests and take your feedback into consideration.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
